Volunteers are needed for the All-University Open House from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 16. The university's largest annual event attracts more than 20,000 people. For a complete list visit the K-State Open House website. Volunteers will assist with open house set up, direct people around campus, answer general K-State questions, and enjoy the festivities.
All students are welcome and encouraged to volunteer at All-University Open House. There will be a short volunteer training session the Friday before Open House at 7:30 in the Union in the Flint Hills Room. I will send out a reminder e-mail that week and it will also include the room number in the Union. This is a fun and easy way to receive volunteer hours for any organizations you are in. This year we are going to need many volunteer due to the construction in the Union and on campus, feel free to send this form along to friends that may also want to volunteer.
This years theme is Rooted in Purple and we want your help to show off our campus and continue the growth of our great university.
If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me (Mark Johnson) this years volunteer coordinator or Drew Bormann the assistant volunteer coordinator.
Thanks,
Mark Johnson Drew Bormann
