Respectfully, as interesting as it may be, you are not required to describe your character’s entire backstory from birth to adulthood to tell me what they look like. I sometimes have to go through several emails at a time. Please get to the point.

• Addons *

Props, armor, mount, tattoo, pets, etc. "Addons" refers to anything that is not worn close to or part of a character's body, and/or features minute details that will require extra work. Clothes may or may not qualify as an addon depending on complexity, while weapons, pets, prostheses, tattoos and held objects are always considered as addons, even if they are worn close to the body. (Example: a sword is always considered as an addon, whether it is in the character's hand or sheathed at their belt.) Refer to my Terms of Service for examples of "simple" vs "complex" addons.

• Anything not clearly mentioned in the descriptions or depicted in the references provided will be up to my personal interpretation.

• Sketches and WIPs will be provided to make sure I am going in the right direction. I will halt my progress until WIPs are approved. Make sure to check your emails!

• I will not make changes to a commission once the work is completed, approved, paid for and delivered. Please take the time to make sure you fill this form properly/give me feedback when I show you sketches. (Unless of course the mistake was on my part, such as me giving a character green eyes when the references and description mentioned they were blue.)

• Do Not Send Me Reference Pictures Generated By AI. By sending me AI generated pictures you are automatically agreeing to an added fee of 50% of the total cost of the commission (without the promotional bargain if any was added) per Al-generated picture.
