Donation Request Form 
At The Base Camp, we believe that it is important to give back to the community in which we operate, and each year we are proud to support dozens of local charitable events and organizations through product donations and sponsorships.

Ideal candidates for The Base Camp donations will be local non-profit organizations, conservation groups and community or environment focused organizations whose work directly improves the lives of Billings and Helena-area individuals. Donations may come in one of three formats, depending on the event or organization parameters and at the discretion of The Base Camp management team:


  • The Base Camp product(s) 

  • The Base Camp gift card: varying amounts based on event

  • Monetary sponsorship: varying amounts based on event


Please note, the completed form must be submitted for approval 30 days prior to donation pick up date.
