Patent Program Application
The SBLC's Patent Program is not currently accepting client submissions for the fall 2026 term, and the intake form is closed. Our ability to take on cases depends on student involvement, the form may reopen if we have students enrolled to participate, however we do not have a set date for if or when that might happen.

Please note that when active, SBLC's patent program is highly competitive accepting 2-3 clients per term. All applications for the SBLC's Patent Program must be submitted directly through this form, as we cannot accept submissions by any other method.
