ITCCK Annual General Meeting 2026 — Registration Form  

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026.

Date: Friday, May 22, 2026
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (AGM), followed by Networking Aperitivo until 10:00 PM
Venue: Casa Antonio, 14F, 645 Nonhyeon-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul

The AGM will include key updates, financial approval, and the election of one Board Member.
All sessions will be conducted in English.

Networking Aperitivo
Complimentary access is reserved for ITCCK members who attend the AGM and participate in the voting.
- 1 complimentary access per company
- 2 accesses for Gold and Premium Members

Nomination & Voting
If you wish to submit a Board Nomination Form (DOWLOAD HERE) or a Voting Proxy Form (DOWNLOAD HERE), please send it to itcck2@itcck.org by Monday, May 18, 2026. Only (1) vote for company is allowed. 

Registration deadline: May 19, 2026

Please note: confirmation emails are sent within a few days of form submission.

본 연례 총회(AGM)에서는 주요 활동 업데이트, 재무 승인, 그리고 이사회(Board of Directors) 이사 1인 선출이 진행될 예정입니다. 모든 세션은 영어로 진행됩니다.

네트워킹 아페리티보 안내
네트워킹 아페리티보는 정기총회에 참석하고 투표에 참여한 ITCCK 회원에 한해 무료로 제공됩니다.
- 기업 당 1인 무료 참여
- Gold 및 Premium 회원사의 경우, 기업당 2인까지 무료 참여 가능

후보 등록 및 투표 안내
이사회 후보 등록 양식(Board Nomination Form DOWLOAD) 또는 위임장(Voting Proxy Form DOWNLOAD)을 제출하고자 하시는 경우, 2026년 5월 18일(월)까지 itcck2@itcck.org로 송부해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 기업당 1표의 투표권이 부여됩니다.
