VFRC Winter Training 2025

Participating MS/HS athletes will be required to purchase a Mode membership as part of their training. This fee will be $50/month--November, December, January, February. This $50 fee is in addition to the winter training registration fee. Winter training days will be M, T, W, F from 3:20 to 4:20 pm. Winter training registration fee will be $200. Payments can be made, first payment must be made by 11/10; last payment must be made by 2/20. Registration fee may be paid cash, check, or Venmo; Venmo payment should include a $1 processing fee to offset Venmo charges.

Mode membership registration:

I understand the financial obligations of winter training. My payment will be made to Mode (separately) and VFRC (via cash, check, or Venmo) on/before the first day of training.
