Submission form for the AHJA/ICFJ vaccine-coverage contest
The African Health Journalists Association and the International Center for Journalists are pleased to announce a competition to recognize the best media coverage of vaccines and immunizations.

The contest applies to stories published or broadcast in Sub-Saharan Africa between March 15 and May 15, 2013, which includes World Immunization Week (April 24-30). The deadline for submissions is May 20, 2013.

Rules: You may submit one or more of the following for the vaccine-coverage contest. There is no limit to the number of submissions.

Feature articles
In-depth, investigative or explanatory stories
Multimedia reports
Videos, documentaries or discussion programs.

Sending in submissions: In the form below or in an email, please include all of the requested information. Provide links to websites that published or aired the stories between March 15 and May 15, 2013. You also can upload stories to YouTube/Vimeo, Dropbox, or SoundCloud and include links in this application.

Emails containing scans of published stories may be sent to ICFJ at vaccinestories-africa@icfj.org.
