The Service Specialist position involves calling on physician offices, establishing relationships with a range of healthcare professionals (HCPs), and providing them with services, resources and consistent follow up. Position Highlights:
Title: Physician Service Specialist
Base Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 /Year
Other Compensation: Reimbursement for auto expenses, Benefits for Full time positions

Bonus: Up to 10% annually for full time team members
Required Travel: No overnights, but daily travel within specified territory
Job Description:
The Service Specialist travels to physicians’ offices within an assigned territory providing service and resources to physicians and other HCPs in their offices. The territory includes a regular route of physicians (as opposed to cold calling) with whom the Service Specialist will need to establish on-going relationships. Most time will be spent on territory, with a modest amount of planning and administrative work to be done to report activity and ensure record keeping. After a brief training program involving a combination of at-home training and live training sessions, the Service Specialist will work independently in their territory, with regular ride-along sessions with their manager. A candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organization and administrative skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be comfortable learning and utilizing technologies to manage and improve business processes.
Responsibilities:

Manage territory calling on a range of HCPs in targeted physician offices
•
Distribute and manage resources within guidelines provided by management
•
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and customers
•
Manage territory as a business to achieve call plans and customer satisfaction
•
Analyze the market dynamics to ensure territory call goals are met / exceeded
•
Establish and manage high quality customer relationships
•
Execute customer call plans and following-up on customer requests
•
Comply with company reporting requirements
•
Operate ethically and in accordance with the company’s process and strategy
•
Adhere to all company and industry guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate who is detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong communication and people skills and a desire to learn new skills. The following are especially important for success in this position:

BA/BS from 4 year accredited institution required
