Please read this agreement carefully.

The bicycles are leased to the Customer in the understanding that the Customer is responsible for them throughout the duration of the rental period. 

The bicycles and accessories are fully insured, however an excess fee of £200.00 applies if the bicycle is stolen or an accident occurs, and the Customer must notify London Green Cycles within 24 hours. A copy of the proof if ID will be made and acts as a security assurance. A crime reference/accident reference number must be provided by the Customer in the event of a theft or an accident. The bike must be secured with the lock provided to a fixed object, else the customer is responsible for the full cost of any loss of equipment.

Closing times of the shop are SUNDAY and MONDAY. Pick up and returns can only be done during opening times of the shop. A late return will result in a "late fee" of £40.00 per day if the bike is kept beyond the stated return date. Prices are VAT inclusive.
