ICDC Fellow Application
This form will begin accepting applications on Nov. 1, 2026.
ICDC, Integrating Civil Discourse into the Curriculum (icdcusa.com), is an initiative to improve critical thinking and civil discourse. ICDC Faculty Fellows receive a $1,750 stipend to cover their airfare, hotel, and meals, and free Thinker and Sway access for their students. Fellows have two obligations:
1. Complete the workshop, June 14-17, 2027, at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, SCiLL.
2. Integrate the ICDC curriculum into one or (preferably) more classes for 3 years after the workshop.
November 1, 2026: Applications open
February 1, 2027: Applications close
March 1, 2027: Decisions announced
