ABD Collaboration Hub
The American Board of Dermatology's (ABD) mission is to serve the public and distinguish the profession by certifying that diplomates have the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality, safe, and effective dermatologic care. Dermatology specialty organizations are important partners in this mission.  Together, we can advance excellence in dermatologic care and improve outcomes for all patients.

We invite you to help shape the future of continuing certification by sharing suggestions related to your expertise. The ABD seeks 3 types of suggestions:

  1. Journal Articles
For use with CertLink Article-based questions or focused Practice Improvement modules.
Recommend recent articles that address a dermatology practice gap, highlight a new practice guideline, or present an opportunity to improve practice or patient outcomes.

  2. Practice Gaps and Topics
For consideration in ABD's development of exam content or focused Practice Improvement modules.
Recommend and provide a rationale for practice gaps and topics that the ABD should consider addressing in its continuing certification program.

  3. Other Suggestions
Recommend areas of focus for ABD functions, strategies, or initiatives.
All suggestions are reviewed quarterly by ABD Executive Staff and the ABD Strategic Advisory Committee and may be referred to an ABD committee for consideration. While not every suggestion will be incorporated, all will be considered and are much appreciated.
