We are beginning our kindergarten registration process for the 2025-2026 school year. Please complete the pre-registration form below and select a timeslot for Sandycreek's registration day on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. In addition, you will need to select if you would like the kindergarten registration packet mailed to you, sent home with a sibling, or picked up at the main office. Please bring the completed registration packet on the day of registration along with your child's birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (i.e. driver's license, utility bill, lease agreement, etc.). Your child must also be present during the registration process.

To be eligible for kindergarten, a student must be five (5) years of age BEFORE August 1, 2025.
