Teams, groups can sell tickets for a 'Family Skate Session' or 'Adult Skate Session', with a cap of 125 tickets. Tickets are $25 (tax included). 

Rolla and the group take 50 percent each of the ticket price ($12.50). You are welcome to sell the tickets at a higher price and Rolla still only takes $12.50 while you keep the rest.

1 table reservation is included (2 picnic tables - comfortably seats 12 adults or 16 children total)

How: 

Groups sells tickets through their own method of accepting payment up until the Thursday before the Saturday event. At which point sales will be submitted to Rolla through this template or another previously discussed method that collects all the correct information.

Rolla will invoice the group for 50% of the tickets through a square invoice, payable by credit, debit or etransfer. Upon payment the tickets will be sent from Ticket Leader either:

• As a group to the organiser for distribution, to one email address

• Purchaser emails will be sent with the ticket amounts for distribution from ticket leader, completion of the sheet template is needed for this option to collect names and email addresses

Multiple fundraisers can run simultaneously with prior discussion of expected attendance.

All will be discussed prior to any sales.
