1WORLD AERO PERSONAL MINIMUMS PAVE & ADM CHECKLIST
Please save the completed self-assessment form to your EFB and cross reference as needed to facilitate your Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM).  This form adapts a generic FAA template to company purposes.  and both helps you better understand the 1WA Dispatch Authorization Guide, as well as aid with use of a Flight Risk Assessment Tool before take-off.  The form reinforces principles from the industry's Aviator Code of Conduct.  This form should be periodically updated (prior to Cross Country Solo, and prior to sign off for Instrument and Commercial Check Rides, as well as prior to completion of a Check Out, Flight Review, or IPC. In the interest of time, the Pilot should prefill ahead of meeting with their instructor, and then both can discuss the key insights as appropriate during a ground session.  A completed copy should be forwarded to t.russell@1worldaero.com.  If a set of answers does is not well adapted, please use the "Other" line to answer with adequate elaboration. Thank you for your participation!  Don't forget to download a FRAT app to your device to help put these ADM principles into practice.
