Have you heard about the student-run coffee shop opening within the EHS library? The Mustang Coffee Corral is a student-run coffee shop that will allow students to immerse themselves in operations of the business world during their high school experience. EHS Coffee Corral staff strives to provide quality products with a variety (hot, cold, drinks, food). In our operations, we work to provide a pleasant customer service experience, representing the Edgewood High School character values and welcoming all visitors warmly.
