NYABJ Media Awards 2020 - Registration
NYABJ aims to recognize exemplary coverage of people of color and issues affecting the African/African-American Diaspora. The NYABJ Media Awards competition is open to staff and freelance journalists in print, broadcast and online news media for news organizations within New York state. Only work originally published or broadcast in 2020 is eligible. Individuals must provide a web link of each submission. If submissions do not exist on a website, entrants may also upload them to YouTube (see YouTube for instructions). Please note: new this year is the "Excellence in Student Journalism" category for entries from undergraduate and graduate school journalists.
Paid NYABJ members may submit up to two entries for $55. Non NYABJ members may submit one entry for $55. No more than two entries per entry form are allowed. PLEASE NOTE: DEADLINE IS JULY 1, 2019!
