If your student is in need of transportation to and/or from school, please fill out the form below. You will be contacted by the school to verify approval. 

Eligible Bus Rider - Claude ISD students who live two or more miles from the school they attend.
Ineligible Bus Rider - Students who live within the two-mile radius of their campus.
Contact the Business Office if you have any questions.
