Student Scholarship Award Nomination Form
This scholarship is intended to help promote an interest in teaching Family Studies in Ontario at the secondary level and give financial aid. Up to two annual student scholarships may be awarded to a student(s) completing a post-secondary Family Studies Qualifications or Additional Qualifications program at an accredited Faculty of Education in Ontario.  This award must be used towards offsetting your tuition or other educational expenses.
