All participants must fill out the form below for each child you have in the district.
If you or your child lose the Zonar card, you must contact the transportation department, chambec@wbsdweb.com & william@wbsdweb.com, to get a replacement.
Replacement cards will cost $2 each.
Zonar card pick up will be at the Support Services building, 24793 Van Horn Rd. Brownstown, MI, from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
