Azalea City Marching Festival
The Azalea City Marching Festival will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022. This is the biggest fundraiser for the MGM Marching Band.

We need all parents that can to assist the day of the Festival from a few hours to all day if possible. Thanks in advance for working to make the Festival a success.

Equipment Needs
In addition to parent volunteers, we need the following equipment.

•5-10 EZ up type tents
•6-8 Four Wheelers/ Gators for pulling trailers( Driven by you or your student with approval or you may give approval to another parent)
•6-8 Utilities Or Flat Trailers for hauling band equipment
•1-2 Golf Carts for the staff to get around campus •4-6 Cordless/Gas Leaf Blowers (to clean off the stands at 8am)

Hospitality Room
The Hospitality Room is a very important part of our Azalea City Marching Festival. We feed band directors, bus drivers and Judges. Making it an enjoyable experience for them for participating in our Azalea City Marching Festival.

To offset the cost, we are asking everyone to send $5.00 per student to furnish the Hospitality Room. The deadline for sending your money is Monday, September 12, 2016. Put the money in and envelope and write your child’s name on it so that they receive credit for turning it in.
We are looking for sponsors for the Mary G Montgomery High School Marching Band Annual Azalea City Marching Festival. We are selling Banners and Signs that will be hung up at the Festival and announced between band performances.

Please see Mr. Warren for a form. All forms need to be turned in / with payment by Sep 15th.

Option #1 $125 ______ (banner made for you)       $75 _____ (you provide the banner)

Option #2 $50 ______ (1 sided sign made for you)     $75 _____ (2 sided sign made for you)
