8:00 AM: "Blessing of the Bikes" (for 60km & 120km routes)
8:15 to 8:30 AM: Start (for 60km & 120km routes)
11:00 AM: "Blessing of the Bikes" (for 20km route)
11:30 AM: Start (for the 20km route)
12:00 PM: Kitchen Open (hot, fresh Ukrainian meal for purchase - 100% proceeds go to fundraising)
