Figure Model Request Form
Hello! Welcome to the Figure Model Request Form!

This is a form for all MCAD Faculty and Continuing Education Instructors to submit Figure Modeling Requests. 

How to Request a Model:
  1. To begin, please fill out this form for each session you are requesting a model.
  2. Once you have submitted this form, the Figure Model Coordinator will email you when your request has been filled. Filling your request will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks.
***Note: Please make model requests at least 2 weeks in advance. 

Important Links:
If your request is less than 1 week away, please reach out to the Figure Model Coordinator directly after submitting your request to ensure your session gets filled.

Masking Policy Update: 
Figure Models are not required to wear masks in the classroom once they are in position and posing. Faculty will ensure that at least 6’ is maintained between the figure model and students while the model is unmasked.

While models are not required to wear masks when they are in position and posing, many of the models are not comfortable unmasking. 

If your class session will be focused on drawing the face or facial features please indicate below. The model coordinator will do their best to pair you with a model that fits that need. However, this request may not always be available.
