The purpose of today’s interview is to help Hack for LA gather feedback about your experience as a mentor with its Tech Work Experience internship program. The interview will last approximately 1 hour, and will cover topics such as your motivation for being a Hack for LA mentor, satisfaction with the mentorship program, perceived impacts of the program, and recommendations for program improvement.

Your completion of this interview is entirely voluntary. All of your answers will be kept confidential, and you may choose not to participate, to skip any question that you do not wish to answer, or to end the interview at any time. We will be using anonymized responses to do program improvement, planning, fundraising and marketing.

Also, with your permission, we would like to record the interview so that we do not miss anything that you say. The audio from this interview will be recorded and then deleted as soon as we transcribe and collate the data.
If you prefer not to be recorded, we can have someone else on the call to take notes as we go.
