Friends with Benefits Survey
You are being asked to participate in this study to help identify the effect that friends with benefits relationships have on college students. The purpose of this research is to examine if friends with benefits relationships among college students have the ability to ruin the previously established friendship.

After reading this consent form, you are asked to answer 17 questions about your experiences and thoughts on friends with benefits relationships.  The completion of the survey will take about 5 minutes of your time.  Potential benefits of this study include an educational benefit in the particular field of research.  There are no known risks of this study.

All answers will be kept confidential.  The completion of this survey is entirely voluntary and if a participant would like to withdraw from the survey at any point they are free to do so and will not be penalized in any way.

If you have any questions, please contact R. Montes at El Camino College; (310) 660-3593; rmontes@elcamino.edu.  Participation and survey completion is very much appreciated to the researcher.
