The deadline for signing up for one of Stevenson's airport shuttles will be 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 8th.

Use this form to sign up for one of Stevenson's airport shuttles. The first shuttle will depart from Douglas Hall at 3:30 PM on Friday, 11/21. The second will depart from the same location at 7:30 AM on Saturday, 11/22. Before signing up, please check your flight's departure time and verify that the shuttle will arrive at the airport in time for you to make your flight. Below are the estimated arrival times.

3:30 PM on Friday, November 21: arrives at SJC around 5:30 PM and then at SFO at 6:15 PM
7:30 AM on Saturday, November 22: arrives at SJC around 9:40 AM and then at SFO around 10:45 AM

Please note: Your Stevenson account will be charged a fee for using one of these shuttles ($45 to SJC; $55 to SFO). Be sure to pack your bags ahead of time, and, if necessary, bring your passport and/or your I-20 form. Passengers are allowed 2 standard suitcases and one personal item. Be in front of Douglas Hall at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
