The show will be held on Friday July 14 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday July 15 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at the Mayborn Center, Temple, Texas.

Please complete the required sections below. You may pay online (if your  total fee is $10 or over) on the Wildflower Quilt Guild website. A payment link will be included in your confirmation message or you can click on the PAY NOW button the Show page.

You will need to complete one form section per entry. Each judged entry is $8.00 for guild members, $10 for non-members and each display only quilt is $5.00. Donation quilts entry fee is covered by our sponsor.  You may enter up to six quilts/entries at one time.  If you have more than 6 entries, you will need to complete the form a second time.

Your registration will not be complete until we have received and processed your payment.
