Youth Advisory Council (YAC) Grant Request Form
Grant Guidelines:
- You may request any amount up to $500.00 for a community and/ or school project that will benefit the children in our school and/or community 
- Proposals may come from individuals or organizations 
- Grants are reviewed on a monthly basis
