As an independent shopper for Texas Snax, your core responsibility is to carefully source and dispatch our requested merchandise. Here is how the process works from start to finish:

The Shopping List: We will provide you with a specific, detailed list of merchandise to source.
The Purchase: You will visit your local store, locate the requested items, and pay for the merchandise upfront. (Remember to keep all receipts!)
Packaging & Shipping: You will take the purchased items to a local FedEx facility. You don't have to be a packing expert — a FedEx representative will assist you in safely packaging the items for secure transit before shipping them to our facility.
Reimbursement & Compensation: Once your shipment arrives at our headquarters and is verified, you will be paid via two separate transactions:

Transaction 1: A full reimbursement for the exact cost of the merchandise and any shipping fees you paid.
Transaction 2: Your agreed-upon compensation for completing the shopping trip.

Note: The most common compensation is a commission for items you purchase according to this schedule:
- $.50 for commission for items under $10

- $1 commission for items between $10.01 and $24.99
- $2 for items $25 and above.

Important Timeline Notice: Please be prepared for a turnaround time of 7 to 10 days from the moment you pay to the moment the funds clear in your bank account. This timeline accounts for your shopping trip, carrier transit time, our internal receiving process, and standard bank processing periods.
