Alumni Montage Form
Hello! We are student councillors from NHHS.  We are working on creating a video montage for Teachers' Day 2023, and we would like to request a short thank-you video from you to your teachers. Please submit a video of yourself answering the following questions.
Thank you for your valuable contribution and we look forward to receiving your submission by 23rd July!

Here are some things to note when filming the video:
- The video should be in landscape format
- Try to wear a NH based tee if possible
- Have a solid background 
Questions:

1. State clearly your name and the year did you graduated from Nan Hua?

2. Looking back, share one unforgettable memory in Nan Hua?

3. In 30 sec, tell us about the teacher that inspired you the most during your time in Nan Hua. 

4. Any words of encouragement for the Teachers?

5. Wish the teachers a very Happy Teachers’ Day!
