This individualized coaching intensive guides clients through Dr. Pavani Ram’s Active REST Frameworkⓒ: Restoration, Expansion, and Transformation. Designed for professionals navigating significant transition, burnout, or identity shifts, this package blends evidence-based resilience strategies with personalized coaching to create lasting clarity, capacity, and momentum.

Through 6 private coaching sessions over a 6-8 week period, clients engage deeply with the Framework, develop tailored practices, and integrate skills that support both immediate restoration and long-term growth. Between sessions, clients will build their resilience practices with custom exercises, reflection prompts, and access to micro-practices for grounding, reset, and expansion.

This is a high-touch, immersive experience that will be structured, yet responsive to your evolving needs.
