The Proptech BNE. Pilot Program is Australia’s leading industry-driven accelerator for early-stage (pre-revenue) proptech startups. Designed to help founders navigate the national property landscape, the program provides unparalleled access to industry mentorship, market insights, and real-world validation to refine your business model and secure your first pilot customers.

Over the past four years, the program has supported 45+ startups across real estate, construction, and major infrastructure, helping them connect with investors, corporate partners, and government stakeholders.

The 2025 cohort will run from June to August, concluding at Something Fest, Australia’s premier technology, innovation, and digital conference. Spaces are strictly limited to 10 startups, and applications will be assessed by the Proptech BNE. Industry Council.

Eligibility Criteria - To apply, your startup must:

• Be an early-stage proptech startup (pre-revenue or early revenue stage)
  
• Operate in or have solutions relevant to real estate, construction, or major infrastructure
  
• Have a scalable technology solution
  
• Be available to participate in program activities between June – August 2025
