Trudy Fitness Center Orientations
Trudy Fitness Center orientations are up to 60-minute sessions which include a basic overview of the fitness center equipment and its proper use. Learn how to use the new cardio equipment and set up the weight room machines for safe and proper usage. Orientations are available to students, employees and TFC community members at NO COST!

Orientation Dates & Times for the Spring '16 Semester
Check the box of the orientation day and time you would like to attend. Please sign-up within 12 hours of the orientation session. Please wear exercise attire and clean, dry shoes. Sessions will be interactive if you choose to try the machines reviewed, however, you are welcome to just listen.
