On behalf of myself, my heirs and assigned beneficiaries, dependents, and my personal representatives, I agree to assume all risks inherent in all art-related activities (e.g., use of tools, paints, chemicals, tripping hazards in studios, physical strain from standing/painting/other physical activities), including any club-related field trips/outings.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sun City Hilton Head All About Art Club, and their respective affiliates, executives, board members, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
My participation in any club events, activities, workshops, exhibitions, or use of facilities/equipment.
My acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct (intentional or unintentional); or
Any injury, death, property damage, or other loss to me, other people, or third parties - even if Released Parties are partly at fault due to negligence (as far as the law allows).
This provision survives the termination of my membership or participation in any activities.
I hereby grant the Sun City Hilton Head All About Art Club the irrevocable right to use, publish, and distribute any photos or videos taken of me for promotional, marketing, or any lawful purposes, without compensation.
I affirm that I am a member in good standing with Sun City Hilton Head All About Art Club and that the CAM was assigned to me and is currently active.
