Please fill in this form to order your Positivity Toolkits - please complete one form per toolkit required. If you would like to order multiples of specific items, please email us using the address below.

The Toolkits are available to collect for free from Highfield, Southampton, or can be posted to you for a small P&P charge. If ordering more than one kit to be posted - please send us an email and we will confirm the P&P.

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer - please see details below. We will send you a confirmation email on receipt of payment and confirm collection or delivery details.
