- Absolutely NO Shota/Lolicon/Cub Art
Payment.~
- I currently only accept PayPal as a payment.
- Payment can be paid all upfront or in halves - Halves Recommended. First half is paid up front, other half is paid whenever.
- No refunds when in later stages of art. (i.e. lineart & color)
Artist's Rights.~- I have the right to refuse or cancel your commission before any payment is made.
- I do NOT make exceptions to my prices whatsoever, aka non-negotiable.
- I can and will cancel your commission if too many big changes are made during the process or any personal reason. (i.e. your comm makes me uncomfortable or I can not complete the comm with the given time, etc...)
- I have the right to post your commission to my social media with proper crediting (if any) unless told not to.
- YOU MUST ASK ME PERMISSION TO USE MY ARTWORK FOR ANY SORT OF COMMERCIAL USE.
- YOU CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT USE MY WORK TO TRAIN ANY FORM OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE OR COPY MY WORK WHATSOEVER.
Communication.~- I communicate over Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, or email. Please make sure you give me the correct information as to contact you properly.
- I will contact you regarding any issues or delays in your work, refunds, as well as WIPs; feel free to contact me about any changes before any major stage of work.

Stages and Refunds.~
These are the stages of which my work and communication will be most important, so don't be afraid to ask!
Estimated Wait Time: 1-3 months (if I exceed this time I will reimburse what you have paid)
- Initial Sketch and Rough Drafting (Major Changes are Encouraged)
- Cleaned up Sketch (Last chance for Any Major Changes. Payment is usually asked to be paid here if paid in halves, and refunds are typically here if unhappy with progress or other reason)
- Lineart (Only Minor Changes are Allowed Beyond This Point As Well As Refunds No Longer Being Valid to Prevent Any Scam)
- Color & Simple Shading (Only Minor Changes are Allowed Beyond This Point As Well)
Character References.~I need a reference sheet of your character to retain your character's likeness as well as for color picking. These are to be expected on your reference sheet:
- Detailed Illustration of the Part You Want (i.e. for a half body, a half body reference or something of equal characteristics)
- Make sure your reference isn't shaded or has a filter on it or your screen. The blue light filter can affect how you see colors.
- If you cannot provide a sufficient reference sheet or are commissioning one, please provide a detailed description of your character and I highly encourage communication. I also encourage you to please provide reference poses or a drawing of your desired pose. Even bad drawing can help get your idea made to life so don't stress about being an artist.
