Mentorship has been shown to not only enhance interpersonal professional relationships but also contributes to a healthy community culture, improved cross discipline communication, and greater leadership development.
This pilot mentoring program invites EMCRs, HDR students, RAs and other interested members of the Westmead research community to participate. The program is set to run from September (TBC) with mentor-mentee pairs expected to meet at least 1 – 2 times per month for at least 6 months (recommended).
This Expression of Interest form will provide us with a detailed list of available mentors and mentees within our community. Further information about the program will then be shared through this contact list. Please forward on to anyone that may be interested in this program across the Westmead research community.
