We know there is strength in numbers, and the Waddell Elementary PTA invites you to join with us as we advocate for all children with one voice. By becoming a member your support will bring us closer to accomplishing our goals. Anyone can join the PTA, and we welcome all family members! Please complete and return this form with your cash or check made payable to Waddell Elementary PTA. You may return the form via your child’s teacher in an envelope marked PTA.  Thank you for your support!
**Adult Membership $10.00**

**PTA Membership Dues:  $2.25 goes to the National PTA Organization, $3.25 goes to the State PTA Organization, and $4.50 goes to the Waddell Elementary PTA. The National and State PTA Organization’s receive this portion of dues from all PTA Organizations and they use the money for different programs. Waddell Elementary PTA utilizes the $4.50 to go towards PTA programs and the $10.00 per child to help cut the cost of field trips for families.**
