The IAC Media Release Form
I hereby authorize International Academic Competitions (IAC) to use images and quotes in the media from my child or minor for whom I am the legal guardian. For the purposes of this agreement, “media” shall include the following “material”: video recordings, audio recordings and photographs, quotes, testimonials and/or stories. IAC may use such media for its own purposes, or may forward this material to be used by other media organizations (e.g. newspapers, television stations, website editors, etc.)

I state that I am the parent/guardian of the child or minor whose name appears below. I have read this release and authorization before submitting, and understand and approve its provisions.  By submitting this form for the below-named child, I have read this release and authorization and understand and approve its provisions.
