But how do these stunning books get made? What’s it like to work in-house as an editor, designer, or art director on these astonishingly beautiful titles? Where do publishers find illustrators and photographers to work on these books, and where do those talented artists get their ideas in the first place? What does it take to get a job in this corner of our industry?
