Section 702 vs. The Fourth Amendment
Please join Fourth Amendment Caucus co-chairs Representatives Poe and Lofgren as they announce their plans for the 115th Congress. A panel discussion hosted by the Fourth Amendment Advisory Committee, "Section 702 vs. The Fourth Amendment," will follow. Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act is the controversial authority governing PRISM and Upstream surveillance and is set to expire at the end of 2017.
