Groverfest 2019 Vending
Event Timing: June 14-16th, 2019

This application is for Groverfest 2019, which will be held at the above date and location. We hold our weekend festival once a year, this year being our 13th consecutive family friendly festival! We strive to create a family event with music, art and education for our participants. It is important to us that our vendors be in full understanding of the rules and guidelines when applying to be a vendor for our event.
PLEASE NOTE- filling out an application DOES NOT guarantee our a vending spot.

Once Application is filled out, we ask that you send an email with 4 things to let us know you have submitted an application.
1- Your Company Name
2- Two photos of what you plan to sell*
3- One photo of your booth set-up*
4- Tell us your favorite song!

*Photos will be used for your vendor spotlight on the Groverfest social media accounts!

Groverfest is a juried event, which means we will review applications submitted before the deadline and make our decisions based on this. Once you have been contacted, we ask for payment before confirming your secured spot. In order to qualify as an artisanal vendor for Groverfest your products must be handcrafted by you, the registered vendor. A limited amount of "hands-on" services, such as massage and yoga, will also be considered. Our goal for Groverfest is to provide a community event that is celebrates our local and regional musicians, artisans and craftsman.

We are looking for the following vendor categories:
-Food Vendors
-Coffee/Sweet Shops
-Tie-Dye
-Wood Working
-Jewelry
-Artists
-Stone Shop
-Health and Beauty Suppliers
-Essential Oils
-Hula Hoops
-Etc.

We are also looking for services vendors, such as-
-Massage
-Henna
-Make and Takes Classes
-Educational Workshops

Participation decisions are based on the following criterion:
--The level of creative and artistic involvement by the artist/crafter
--Whether the product meets current guidelines (handcrafted, etc)
--The extent to which products compliment the Groverfest environment
--Available space for new vendors, and vendors in like categories (such as baked goods, beauty products, jewelry, etc.)
--Demonstrated qualities such as originality, skill, mastery, talent, or the potential to make exceptional work.

DO NOT SUBMIT FEES WITH THIS APPLICATION! Fees will be due upon notification of approval; you will be contacted via the information provided on your application. Vendor fees help pay for facebook ads, printed flyers, and future yard signs to promote the market.

Vendors must be set-up and ready to sell by 12p. All vendor vehicles must be in designated vendor parking before festival gates open. Any vendor who arrives late will be asked to carry their set-up to vending location *
Vendor is responsible for providing all necessary items for their booth: tent/pop-up, tables, chairs, adequate change, etc. *
All vendors are required to stay set-up through weekend, unless there is an emergency. We ask that you not break down until Sunday mid-morning to protect festival goers. You are able to set your own shop hours- festival hours are 12p Friday-12a, 10a Saturday-12a and 10a Sunday-12p. *
If you are unable to attend Groverfest after vendor approval, you MUST contact the vendor coordinator ASAP. This helps us ensure we can pull vendor from the wait list. No Call-No Show risks not being invited back to the festival, and Groverfest holds the right to not refund your vendor fees. *
If your product/craft category full, but you meet the qualifications to be an approved vendor, you will be placed on a wait list until a spot in your category opens up. *
Vendors are responsible for spreading the word for Groverfest. It is required that you post on the Facebook event to introduce your booth and share the event. We also strongly encourage vendors to spread the word of Groverfest throughout your community! This helps us and it helps you- the more who know about Groverfest the better the turnout. *

Vendors are provided a 10x10 space with the posted vending fee. Additional spaces are charged accordingly. *
