Location Manager Black-out Dates Submission Form

Location Managers:

Please notify the League Scheduler of any Field Availability or Restriction Issues and Blackout dates, no later than 2/20 (spring) 8/5 (fall)

All Location Managers must submit this form for potential conflicts for the upcoming season regarding field availability.

The Season requires cooperation of clubs to communicate Field Availability Issues and Blackout date information to the league scheduler
