The purpose of this survey is to better understand how genetic counseling students and recent graduates selected, ranked, and ultimately attended genetic counseling training programs. We are interested in learning which factors were most important during the application process, what information applicants wished had been available, and how educational costs influenced decision-making.

Responses are confidential and will be reported in aggregate. All of these questions are optional; please do not answer questions that make you uncomfortable. The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
