-Deluxe Villas - These resorts are Disney Vacation Club properties and when there are unfilled rooms by members, they come available for booking. Each of these will have a kitchenette in a studio room and a full kitchen in the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom villas. Locations include The Villas at Grand Floridian, Polynesian Village Resort and Villas, Bay Lake Tower at Contemporary, Boulder Ridge Villas, Copper Creak Villas, Boardwalk Villas, Beach Club villas Saratoga Springs Resort and Villas, Old Key West Resort and Villas. Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village, Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House, Riviera Resort
-Deluxe Resorts - These will be the resorts closest to a park and include all monorail resorts. Deluxe resorts are more of a luxury hotel and most rooms will have a patio or balcony. Rooms will be more spacious and can sleep up to 5 in most resorts. Resorts include Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, Boardwalk Inn, Beach Club, Yacht Club, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Riviera Resort
-Moderate Resorts - Rooms will have more space than the value resort, and select rooms will sleep up to 5. Caribbean Beach Resort, Coronado Springs Resort, Port Orleans French Quarter, Port Orleans Riverside, Cabins at Fort Wilderness
-Value Resorts - All rooms will have 2 queen beds and sleep up to 4 with the exception of the family suites at Art of Animation and All Star Music. All Star Sports Resort, All Star Music Resort (w/ family suites), All Star Movies Resort, Art of Animation Resort (includes family suites for up to 6), Pop Century Resort, Fort Wilderness Campground.
