The focus of the project can be anything:  planning, leadership, infrastructure, economic development, health care, youth development, telecom, civic engagement … you name it. It can be a big project, a little one, or anywhere in between.

The project should be successfully completed and relatively recent, (i.e. in the last 2-3 years).
