Honors Program Inquiry: 382 Contract
This Inquiry encourages students to undertake experiences – internships, community service,
paid employment, hours in CNU faculty-led labs – related to their long-term goals. Students
should propose a project directly to the Honors director through this form. The Honors director is the instructor, responsible for evaluating the project.

Requirements for completion of Inquiry:
Completed and approved 382 Contract
A reflective essay of 1,000 words or longer (essentially long activity report - no rubric), to be emailed to Dr. Paul
An email from a supervisor to the Honors Program Director with a confirmation of the work and hours done
****The student must self-enroll in Honors 382 in the semester that they would like the credits posted****

The work for this Inquiry must occur between the time the student matriculates at and graduates
from CNU—during one or more academic semesters and/or summers. The hours devoted to the Inquiry may also contribute to the fulfillment of the service requirement for the President’s Leadership Program.
