GRADUATION INFORMATION SURVEY
Dear HPHS Families, we are excited to inform you that we are planning to have our graduation in-person, and due to the health guidelines, we will have two ceremonies.  (para español, lea abajo)

Ceremony Details:
Date: Saturday, June 12, 2021
Times: 6:00 pm
Location: Huntington Park High School Football Field

If you are interested in attending, please take a few minutes to complete this form.

Each Senior can have no more than 4 family members to attend the ceremony. Due to limited capacity, we will not be able to consider requests for additional tickets.

Estimadas familias de HPHS, estamos planeando tener nuestra graduacion en persona y, debido a las medidas de salud impuestas por el estado, tendremos dos ceremonias.

Girls Dress Code:
Business casual dress, skirts, dressy top, shorts or pants
Flat shoes ONLY! Absolutely no heels or wedges allowed.
No spaghetti straps, No ripped jeans or tights, No skin tight clothing

Boys Dress Code:
Business casual, slacks, button down dress shirt, collared pullover shirt, dress shoes, tennis shoes

Student Guidelines:
NOT allowed on field: chewing gum,  hats, bottles of any kind, balloons, noisemakers, silly string, gum

 Football Field/Bleachers Parent Guidelines  
NOT allowed in stadium/bleachers: balloons, posters, large signs, noise makers, silly string, baby strollers

No COVID test will be required, but each guest will be screened at entry.NO OUT OF STATE GUESTS ALLOWED.

All graduates that wish to participate in the graduation must agree to the following:
Graduates must adhere to the weekly COVID-19 testing requirement and have a negative COVID-19 test result in order to participate in an outdoor in-person ceremony by obtaining a daily pass at dailypass.lausd.net.
All students who wish to participate in the in-person graduation/culmination event will have to follow current testing requirements from the county/district, including baseline testing if participating in distance learning.
