2024 FUSD Ministerial Evaluation

Thank you for taking the time to complete the 2024 Ministerial Evaluation. We really value your feedback.

This survey is confidential and anonymous– but there is also an option to provide your contact information at the end of the survey if you would like someone to follow up on your responses.

If you are involved as a committee member, please also fill out this survey individually if your committee was interviewed by a Committee on Ministry member.

Members of the Committee on Ministry will be at a table in the community room after services on March 10th and March 17th to answer any questions you may have. There will also be paper copies available of the survey at the table on those dates should you prefer paper copies.

The following are some of the issues and concerns raised by the congregation in the 2023 Ministerial Evaluation. Note that some of these issues have been at least partially addressed since last year’s evaluation, as noted. We would like the congregation’s thoughts on which of these remain a priority. Please rank the following in order of what you feel should be prioritized, 1 being the highest priority and 8 being the lowest. *

FUSD needs more members to volunteer in multiple roles to support both ministry and administration
FUSD needs to identify and implement strategies to increase diversity within the congregation
FUSD’s social media and website both need modernization and improvement.
FUSD should ensure staff have adequate support and professional development opportunities.
FUSD’s Religious Exploration (RE) program needs to rebuild and involve families in leadership, including creation of a robust youth program
FUSD needs to have more focus on our Congregational Covenant
FUSD needs additional staff support. Functions/positions could include managing technology, social media (hired), internal communication functions, and/or an assistant minister.
Develop strategies to more fully engage visitors and new members in church activities and initiative
