Illegal dumping is the disposal of trash generated at one location and disposed of at another location without legal permission.  Do you know of an illegal dump site?  

Documenting illegal dump sites throughout Centre County is a critical step in educating people about these problems on our lands and waters, and ultimately in helping to restore the natural beauty of our county.
