We invite you to participate in the Student Research Showcase on April 18th, 2025!
The showcase provides an excellent opportunity to present your scholarly projects and highlight your collaboration with your faculty mentor in the OSCAR Scholar Program.
It also OFFERS the campus an opportunity to celebrate YOU and your HARD WORK and ACHIEVEMENTS!
It is REQUIRED that all Scholars present their work at the CSUEB Research Showcase.

- Date: April 18th, 2025
- Check-in: 10:00am - 11:00am
- Welcome: 11-11:30 am
- Posters and presentations: 11:30am - 4:00pm (TBD)
- Location: University Union MPR
OSCAR is providing FREE Poster PRINTING:
- Printed at NO cost to you: IF received BEFORE 5:00 pm Friday, March 28th, 2025
- Submit: Poster PDF to oscar@csueastbay.edu
- Submissions/group: only ONE e-mail with PDF
- Subject line: "STUDENT POSTER"
- Posters dimensions: Portrait or Landscape 36” x 48”

Please ensure that your presentations acknowledge any funding support received from the East Bay OSCAR (for all Scholars), CSUEB-LSAMP Program (if applicable) and East Bay BET McNair program as appropriate.
Online Availability:
By registering for the symposium, you agree to participate in the poster session on April 18th, 2025, and grant permission for CSUEB to showcase your poster in an online gallery.
